To Christopher Norris, Foreign Minister of Great Britain
Your Excellency, I'm sending you this message in order to notify Her Majesty's Government that from this day forth, The Government of Èire shall no longer be compelled to acknowledge the partition of the island of Ireland nor shall the presence of Britain in the northeastern half of Ulster be recognized as legitimate.
On another note, My government has authorized the withdrawal of our diplomatic personnel from British soil within a period of 42 hours time. Attempts on the part of Her Majesty's Government to do the same in kind shall be permitted to proceed in an orderly and honourable fashion.
