General Secretary Figueroa, I am writing you on behalf of my country's ministry of foreign affairs to inform you of The Irish Government's decision to ratify the Universal Declaration of Human Rights after having been passed down through parliament. My country's legislature has yet to enact the previously mentioned articles of importance with regards to the Global Assembly. I will keep you up to date should any legislation be passed in the near future.
