Yaakov Drach, CEO of Aegis Defense Services, would use a private line to contact the mayor of the Brazilian city of Itajai. He would have informed the secretary that this call would be for authorization and advice in purchasing office space in the city for the business.

The Brazilian Mayor of Itajaí, Henrique Santana Costa, would answer the call once it had been completely encrypted.

"Hello Mr Drach, I hope you're doing well, I believe you wanted to negotiate the purchase of office space in the city?"

The Mayor would sit back on his chair, looking out his office's window.

"Hello Mr. Costa! I did in fact, yes, on behalf of Aegis Armed Services. We're a mercenary group employing those who are retired from armed services, in their reserves, or independent skilled people in the need of a steady workplace. We offer everything from armed protection, security counselling, peacekeeping, special operations, and everything in-between. I was hoping that we would be able to purchase office space in Itajai to serve as our South American Headquarters. While none of our armed equipment would be stationed there, it would serve as the office where all South American nations can contact us and contract us.

Would this be possible?"
