Prime Minister, After your Governments persistence in mantaining neo-colonial and expansionists goals on lands that do not belong to your Kingdom, and having caused damage to argentine property and citizens, we have declared the state of War between our nations. To avoid escalation, the Republic of Argentina will unilaterally create an exclusion zone, limiting the area of engagement to below the 60°S and to military and armed units with clear intentions to enter said sector. As signatory, the Republic of Argentina will respect the Geneva Conventions. We have withdrawn all argentine diplomatic personnel from Stockholm and declared the Swedish embassy staff in Buenos Aires persona non-grata, giving them period stipulated in the Vienna Conventions of Diplomatic Relations to leave the country. We call you once more to withdraw all swedish military units from Antarctica and relinquish your illegit claim on the continent. Once swedish military units have left the sector, Argentina will guarantee, with international cooperation, that the status prior to your expanionists attempts is reinstated on Antarctica and the continent is open to science of all nations. Sweden is over 15,000km away, fighting a war it cannot expect to win. We pledge you to reconsider your options and avoid further casualties and damage. Should you be open to accept this, I will be glad to hear and talk to you. Sincerely yours, Lt. Gen. Adolfo Cambiasso President of the Republic of Argentina |
The present message would be sent to Sweden directly, and afterwards broadcasted on argentine media as well as given to international news agencies.
Argentina would withdraw all its diplomatic personnel from Sweden immediatly, destroying all confidential, classified or sensible documents, connections, codes, hard-disks and all possible sources of information for Sweden.
