The Minister for Defence, Anne Aly would pick up the phone, the line would be encrypted by the Australian Signals Directorate and her room would be completely private and locked.

"Minister Aly, this if Argentine Minister of Defence Juan Manuel Cauteruccio. I understand that the bilateral relation between both our nations has been rather rocky these last times. However, we value Australia's activity on the world stage and would like to propose a commercial dial to try soften things up.

We are aware that Australia is capable of producing the Alenia C-27J Spartan tactical transport aircraft. The Argentine Air Force is currently needing to replace some other aircraft as to achieve a maximum commonality and reduce operational costs. Would Australia be interested in selling some units to Argentina?"
