On the topic of establishing diplomatic ties, I would be more than happy to continue an open dialogue between our nations and with time carry out an exchange of diplomatic personnel between Dublin and Buenos Aires, respectively.

"Its essentially a set of guidelines to regulate international financial deals, for example a nation giving out credits. It gives enough recognition to local laws as it only enters in effect if local courts cannot find a solution.

In our opinion it will help boosting the itnernational financial market and allow for lower interest rates in international credits due to a more foreseeable future and more transparency thanks to clear rules.

If your nation shares this position, we would be delighted if we could count on irelands support throught a positive vote."

"Well, I just got informed of your vote at the GA. We regret to see you vote for the negative, specially considering that there is a specific article that states that local law is the one who decides first and international law only applies if its stated on the contract agreed by both sides or both sides decide to. Did you manage to read Art. 15? i think it was that one.
