On our end, what we would need the most are portable radars, helicopters, and some modernized naval equipment."

"Sadly the Russians seem to be undergoing some serious internal turmoil and we weren't able to botain any type of news or message from Moscow for the last month. This would mean that we would be forced to reduce our current exchange until a new and legit power takes the lead there.

In the meantime however, we would be delighted to expand our political, commercial and military cooperation with Romania.

Specifically regarding what you mentioned, we can provide Romania with portable ground radar systems, both MANPAD and vehicle mounted. The same goes for aerial radars if tha is waht you meant.

Regarding helicopters, we can offer you the TAI T-70 Sikorsky transport helicopter, but we understand that your nation produces a very good line of helicopters in the form of the IAR-330 series. Finally, we offer a wide array of naval products, spanning from small Fast Attack Crafts to Corvettes, up to heavily armed Frigates and Destroyers. You just need to tell us what you are seeking."

"Romania would be interested in some long range, land-based radar systems. Something that we could place on our coastal port city to monitor the Black Sea along with another long ranged radar to be placed within the Transylvanian mountains. If Argentina could also supply the Romanian Armed Forces with portable land radars, we would be grateful. I would agree, the IAR-330 series has aged well. We were hoping for anti-submarine helicopters, but if Argentina has none to offer then it is no problem at all. As for the Romanian Navy, we would mainly be interested in purchasing two submarines. We would also be interested in some land-to-air missile systems if Argentina has any and would be interested in selling some to Romania."

"We have currently 2 aerial radar systems available, but I would recommend the Argentine Primary 3D Radar, with a range of up to 400km in all directions. We have sold this system to many nations and all of them are very happy with it. It has a dual civilian/military use.

AS for the portable land radars, we can offer you the RASIT manpad's and RASIT Gaucho, which is a RASIT radar mounte on top of a VLEGA Gaucho light infantry fighting vehicle.

As for antisub helicopters, sadly we do not offer any alternative at the moment.

You mentioned submarines, we can currently offer you the TR-1700-class Submarine.

Finally, we can offer Romania some of our anti-air systems in the form of the Ar-SAM (Argentine Surface-to-Air Missile) System, which has been exported in the past as well.
