The present message has been encrypted and encoded with the Advanced Internal Communications System. The unauthorized divulgence of the content of the present message, or part of it, is strictly prohibited. ​

To whom it might concern, This message is to inform you that the argentine Embassy in Paris is preparing to assist in the evacuation of the brazilian personnel currently stuck in the Brazilian Embassy here in the city of Paris. This assistance will be done with private assistance in the form of hired transports. However, we would like to formally ask the French Republic to guarantee, in accordance with the GA's International Relations Resolution, the safety of this vehicles as argentine diplomatic staff will be on board. France would also be reminded of its obligation towards the GA's Resolution on International Relations (The Receiving State shall permit / protect Free Communication of the mission for all Official Purposes).

The Argentine Republic would publicly and politely ask for the Government of France to support this endevour and to end this senseless conflict.

The argentine embassy would hire 3 Ford Transit passenger vans, each capable to carry 12 passengers, at a private company in Paris. The vehicles would be driven by 2 of the EMbassy's drivers and one of the administrative employees.

They would all gather at the entrance of the argentine diplomatic representation. On each of the three vans one diplomat would be on board as to guarantee that in case anything happens to the passengers, the Franch Government will be held accountable for failing to comply with the GA's Draft Resolution on International Relations.

Once ready, with the gas tanks full, the 3 vehicles would depart one after the other and head directly to the brazilian embassy. Given it was not stated to be completly blocked off or cut off by police, the three vehicles would be able to reach the front door of the building. Should any obstacle come up, the right to free movement and communication for diplomatic staff would be invoked.

All this would be done publicly.
