My name's Penny Wong, I am the newly re-elected Minister for Foreign Affairs of Australia. I am currrently on my way to Singapoe right at this moment and I thought I should make a stop to Taiwan on my tour of the region, so we can get relations going. We would like to discuss many things, especially pertiant to issues surrounding China and CIS's role in the region and how we can counter-balance this hegemony in the region.
