-| Dear Minister Richard The Commonwealth of Australia recently procured a Charles de Guelle aircraft carrier from Sparrow Industries, we've been looking at various aircraft to support such project and have decided that the Dassualt Rafale M F3-R would be best suited for such project. The Commonwealth of Australia is looking procure 20 of these units for a total of $2,074,242,960.00 which is 20% on top of the basic production rate. I believe this would be a suitable offer for yourselves and then gets your nation kick started on the economical front.
