I write to you with a desire to establish formal diplomatic relations between our peoples. As we were both part of four original founders of Soviet Union, and both share legacy of the grand Kievan Rus.

Today I come to ask what are your objectives towards us, as while we are ready to welcome you as brothers, your state has also proven to be a danger to continued existance of our prople in the past. And while we hope that our relations may be beneficial for both of us, It does not mean we need to put our guard down. White Ruthenian people have bled for freedom and we shall not give it up. So what are your intentions?

We are overjoyed that Russian state does not desire any threatening action towards us. As for our goals, all we desire is preservation of continued existance of ruthenian state and White Ruthenian people, but as a matter of a fact we want to retake our historic capital and legacy that was stolen by us.
