Belgium's Foreign Secretary for Asiatic-Oceanic Affairs, Cedric Van Houten would contact his Korean counterpart to discuss diplomacy via an encrypted line of communication.

Director-General Pai Myung-Dae (Mr) would be sat behind his desk looking through his emails on the Ministry's PC, a loud ringing sound could be heard in the room which made the Director-General stop his current actions. Picking up the phone, ensuring it was encrypted and secured on his end the Director-General spoke "Director-General Myung-Dae of the European Affairs Bureau, how can I assist you today?" Pai would pause allowing the other person to speak while taking a sip of water
