Greetings. I would like to congratulate you and your government. The Siamese people have a long and storied history, and are one of the sleeping giants of the world. I watched your GA's representative impassioned speech about climate change and could not agree more. Brazil seems to be aligned with your kingdom's line of thinking.

For starters we would like to open multiple trade routes with you, particularly, rubber, rice and textiles and footwear.

Yours,

Juan DeSilva

Dearest Minister DeSilva,

I thank you for your congratulations.

I am glad to hear that our nations think the same.

In return for rubber, rice, and textiles and footwear, Thailand would like oil seeds and raw sugar.

Kindest Regards,
Don Pramudwinai
Minister of Foreign Affairs
Rattanakosin Kingdom

This is excellent news. Please send the rubber, rice, and textiles and footwear to the Port of Rio, we would like it fortnightly. Where would you like us to send our oil seeds and raw sugar and to where and at what intervals?

Greetings once again. With General Prawit Wongsuwan already in Argentina, the Government of Brazil would like you to visit Brasilsia before you leave the contingent. We have much we believe we we have much common ground.

We already have a trade deal in place that just needs to be, um, "ratified". And we would also like to put together an arms package for you that will either come at no cost for some items, or others that will be with no export mark up. We would look forward to hearing from you.

I have been told directly from president Victor Romero that he would also like to meet with you as well.

Yours,

JDS

Dearest Minister DeSilva,

I apologize for not having replied to your last message, things in Thailand have become shaky recently with the events in the southern provinces. When it comes to our trade deal, Thailand is currently lacking in cargo ships, but if Brazil is willing to do both export and import through their cargo ships until Thailand is able to purchase some of their own ships, then we can receive the oil seeds and raw sugar to the port of Bangkok.

As for a visit to Brazil, I believe that General Prawit Wongsuwan is nearly finished with his visit to Argentina and will be leaving from Buenos Aires to Brasilia the morning after his visit has concluded.

As for me, I would be honored to meet with President Romero at his earliest convenience.

Kindest Regards,
Don Pramudwinai
Minister of Foreign Affairs
Rattanakosin Kingdom

No worries about the later reply. Running a government takes time, especially when you have insurgency problems, but more about that later.

As far as trade, we shall commence at once with exports to Thailand. As far as imports, we'll loan you 500 Million so you can purchase container vessels from either, the Phillipines or Japan, as they are both in that market.

As far as your military needs, I am sure you have already spoken with the Argentines about military procurement. But I will also let you know about some arms you may purchase from Brazil that are either Brazilian made, or products we DPR rights to produce like several Israeli systems.

I will have a presentation ready for General Prawit Wongsuwan and yourself.

Here are some notes he can read on the flight over to Brasilia.

VBMT-LR - It carries 5 troops, is able to withstand bullets of up to 12.7mm rounds. Floor is reinforced to withstand IED's. It is the perfect utility, all-purpose vehicle and can be armed with a 12.7mm heavy machine gun, 40mm auto-grenade launcher or the lethal MSS 1.2 Anti-Tank Guided Missile.

The MSS 1.2 can also be deployed by a single soldier.

The next product we would like to introduce the General to is the ASTROS II MLRS System and its many variants, even a system that is capable of firing a cruise missile with a 200kg warhead up to 300km away.

I will include a video of a demonstration. Both I and President Romero are quite excited about the General's visit.

ASTROS Training

Yours,

JDS

And just to whet your appetite. We have already gone ahead and purchased 50 Hermit 450 drones, 200 MSS 1.2 Rocket Launchers, 24 Super-Turcano 314's, which will help you with your problems down in the south tremendously, and 10 KC-390 Embraer transport plans to help you move troops or supplies anywhere and whenever you need in Thailand.

Again, look forward to discussing more with you.

Dearest Minister DeSilva,

This is extremely generous, on behalf of the Thai government, I thank you!

We would certainly be interested in the ASTROS II MLRS Systems. Minister Wongsuwan is currently boarding his plane from Buenos Aires and will be flying to Brasilia within the end of the day to meet with you.

Don Primadwinai

This is excellent news. I have already alerted the authorities at Brasilia International Airport to allow your plane to enter Brazilian airspace and land.

In fact, two F-16's shall escort your plane into the country and to the airport. The Control Tower is awaiting your arrival.

I shall be on the tarmac to greet you.

Dearest Minister DeSilva,

I apologize about the tardiness of our Minister of Defence, we had to call him for an emergency conference over video call about the recent disaster that had just occurred in Bangkok.

General-Minister Wongsuwan is currently leaving from Buenos Aires as you read this and should be within Brazilian airspace shortly. I thank you for your patience and he will be able to take the conversation from here.

Kindest Regards,
Minister Don Pramudwinai
Minister of Foreign Affairs
