First off, I would like to say that I already see we have some common ground, especially with your GA's impassioned speeches about climate control and reparations for the countries affected. We are in total support of your position and with this common ground we wish to expand on our relations.

Our newly stationed Ambassador in Hanoi is a Mr. Junya Tanaka. He has served in many posts in the post-French colonial countries, including, Laos and Cambodia. His French is quite good. If you would like, I will ask him to set up a meeting with you, s that he can further discuss trade and military affairs with you on a personal basis.
