"Hello. My name is Rafael Vergara, I am the Editor of BusinessInsider, the financial news website. We would be very interested in having an interview with the CEO of your company in for a dossier regarding Storhet we are preparing for next edition. Would that be possible?"

(OOC: The interview would be done over private message in order to avoid spoiling the answers).

"Hello Mr Vergara. I'm Jane Flem the sitting Head of Corporate Communications... Can I ask when this would be published and the reasons behind a dossier regarding Storhet?"

 

[Naio90]

"The plan is to publish the report on our next edition in the month of june. Basically its due to the attention your entry into the international financial market generated, plus the few information that is publicly available regarding your enterprise. We wish to inform the public a little bit more about your companies objectives, services and philosophy."

 

[Connor]

"I see, this is absolutely something we can consider, will this be via telephone or in person?"

 

[Naio90]

"A meeting in person would of course be more practical, but if you're unable to we could do it through a videoconference."

 

[Connor]

"We're absolutely able to provide a meeting face-to-face, perhaps a hotel room within Stockholm would be appropriate for the day?"

 

[Naio90]

"Yes, that would suite us perfectly. Just tell us when you can find a spot in your agenda and we will be there, in the hotel you indicate us."

 

[Connor]

"We will book a Panorama Room at Nobis Hotel in Stockholm. Are you available tomorrow around 09:00 and do you require us to arrange transportation?"

 

[Naio90]

"We will dispatch one of our europe-based journalists on a commercial flight directly to Stockholm. We will be there at 09.00 at the Nobis Hotel. Thank you very much for your attention.

I will sent you by e-mail the contact information of this person."

This address is forwarded to the team at BusinessInsider for the meeting, a team at the hotel would prepare the room suitable for an interview prior to the meeting. The General Director would be informed and the details added to his daily agenda.

"We will prepare the booking and forward the details to the director... I will be present throughout the day as a point of contact for your team. Is there anything else I can assist you with prior to tomorrow?"

Managing Director Roland Carlsson, Head of Corporate Communications Jane Flem and Erica Lundmark, Senior Legal Advisor would wait in the hotel for BusinessInsider to attend.

Carolina Rivero, an argentine journalist for BusinessInsider, and Sofia Schulmeister, photographer, would take a short flight from Bern, Switzerland, where they were stationed and fly early in the morning directly to Stockholm Arlanda Airport. once there, they would take an Uber to the Hotel were they had the appointment with the representatives from Storhet Auktion.

They would enter the building and make contact with the swedish. In perfect english they would introduce themselves:

"Hello, my name is Caroline Rivero, this is my colleague Sofia, thank you for receiving us..."
