Changes to the Germany Forum

Considering that Germany is undergoing massive government changes, I thought it would be necessary to rename the folders, and potentially add new ones given my time here has been significant.

First, the name of the forum should be renamed to "Deutsches Reich", to signify the change from Federal Republic to Constitutional Monarchy based around the Kaiser.

Second, renaming the current subforums:
Bundesregierung & Gundgesetz shall be renamed to simply be the "Bundesregierung"
Bundeswehr, BND & Innere Kräfte shall be renamed to "Innerekräfte & Streitkräfte".

Finally, if you can allow it, a third subforum:
Internal Affairs: This subforum will deal with R&D Projects for the military, internal politicking with the Reichstag & Volksrat, and other matters that would not otherwise fit into the categories of "Bundesregierung" and "Innerkräfte & Streitkräfte".

My flag shall be changing to the Reichsflagge to represent the change in governance this upcoming weekend, and, if possible, I would like to ensure that these changes could be done by this weekend.
