Changing Running Costs

Howdy,

I've been meaning to make this recommendation for some time. Presently, if you make even a small change to your running costs, you will almost always not be able to collect taxes next period. I personally think that this is silly and isn't very realistic at all. The change I'm proposing is that when running costs are changed, the roleplay is still allowed to collect taxes next period.

Thank you for this Suggestion. The Administration Team have decided to implement this change for the Tax Period due on the 08th March, and every Period after.
We will only apply your Economic Revision for the start of a new Tax Period, so you'll receive your Former income for the 2 Weeks just passed.
