"Good Evening! Hopefully everything is going well in Argentina? I'm calling you to settle something about Brazil, what are you thoughts on how they are acting recently? China does view Brazil as a global partner, however their very disruptive of the international norm. Esppecially this issue with Sweden, Norway and Taiwan."

"Everything is in order here, thank you.

Brazil, well, something is to be said right to begin with. Brazil is Argentina's main commercial and political partner, and that has direct implications on our reaction as a consequence of an unjustified act against them.

With that out of the way, we understand that certain ways of them are more radical than the international community is accustomed to. We will not approve any flagrant violations of international law, and we will talk with the Government of Brazil in relation to potential scenarios that could arise in the near future and so try to mediate and avoid further escalation.

But it is highly unlikely that we will relinquish our support to Romero's presidency."

"We do have the same views then, they are very radical and more blunt than the international community is normally used to. But that is exactly my fear you see? A international coalition against them could be in the making, and like you said you self, China wants to continue trading and exchanging cultural ties with Brazil. For example, next month we will be hosting in Brazil various matches between the Chinese and Brazilian Team.

I do believe Brazil could even play a role in growing our Relationship with Argentina, which we do want. So we would like to inform you that in any eventual situation you will have China support. If you would like to make this more official we could send you a Treaty of Cooperation, which will cement our relationship."

"I welcome your words. The situation is indeed delicated, but my diplomats are optimistic about reaching a peaceful solution. The problem is that, even though the current brazilian diplomacy is a "direct" one, on the other side we have nations that seem to enjoy with the menace of an armed conflict, such as Italy. Other nations just get dragged in.

We will take note of your support and specially your interest in signign something more formal. I would propose, once things calm a little bit down, to have a high level meeting to discuss matters of common interest, such as the sale of military hardware. These talks could include Brazil as well.

By the way, we understand Taiwan is kind of getting involved in this issue. Whats your nations position on that?"

"Exactly, this is why I do believe Brazil should tread carefully, especially with nations such as Italy, who begin saberrattling the moment a small issue arises. And when one starts doing this, more follow, especially with Brazil since it has adopted this way of existing. If I remember correctly Brazil also as a fued with Sweden and France, which apparently are one of its major supplies of weapons. If something happens that would make that cease, China would be more than happy to fill their shoes with High Military grade equipment. And I agree with you that after this issue as been resolved we should look into having our leaders meet. Because if we do this now it could be seen as a oposition to other nations which view Brazil as their Target. They could view China and Argentina as supporters and defenders of Brazil.

About Taiwan, we do have a cordial relationship with them, since we signed a mutual coexisting treaty, detailing their Independance as Taiwan, and China continuing as the only China in the planet. But their involvement troubles me as they are extremely close to China, and any dispute they have could affect us financially or reputation wide. What do you think about Taiwan?"

"Taiwan has currently a 10bn loan open with the Argentine Central Bank, so we look for stability and security in that countries Government in order to secure all payments. As for their issue with Brazil, its ridiculous for them to get involved in a 10,000km distance-conflict... Expensive as hell for all involved and by the time they get tehre, it will all be over.

Once this is over, Argentina would also like to look in mroe detail some of the equipment China has to seel. We currently operate multiple ships and missile systems from chinese origin."

"On a more urgent matter, this issue with Brazil is getting out of hand, its already Germany,Italy,France,Sweden and Norway all against them, and now with news of the Germans assaulting the Brazillian Embassy, I fear this will get worse."

"We are following the issue with great concern and are trying to mediate. Brazil offered to leave german territory in 12 hours if the german assault to his embassy stands down, but it seems Germany is refusing... In our eyes, this could mean the trigger for something bigger."

"I trust in your judgment, if you don't mind me asking what will be Argentina's Position if either the Germans/Italians attack first or if Brazil fires the first shot?"

"Argentina currently has a mutual defence agreement with Brazil. If the attackers are german or italian, it could be the trigger, considering that they were not the "offended" ones (Sweden and Taiwan), and that Rome and berlin just jumped into the dispute to flame.

May I ask for China's position? If we could put up a coalition of nations to "force" Italy and Germany to stand down diplomatically, would you be willing to join? Sad, but we have no alternative but "gunpoint" diplomacy."

Some commotion would be heard from the other side of the line. After a few momemnt he cold her the man again.

"Hold on...I believe Taiwan fire a ICBM towards us. I'll be with you in a minute." He could still hear muffled "We are intercepting it for now, but regarding Italy and Germany. I do believe they are sabre rattling this possible war, and form what I've seen in the news, the Germany are trying to break into a Brazilian Embassy, they did follow with international norms, but this situation is delicate, they should have given them a final warning, or just let them out, like Italy did. However, if Italy and Germany pull the trigger first, China will be supporting Brazil with Economic and Political aid, as we currently do not have prepared navy to fight a war on the other side of the world. If Brazil is the victim here, we can however support you via other ways, which cannot be discussed via this line, but in person would be better. If you understand there are a lot of civilians here which sympathise with Brazil." he would make a gently pause to make him self be understood. "Any way, if Brazil fires first, then we will not support them. However at this momment Italy and Germany are the ones raising the tensions."

"A ICBM... ooookey... Whats going on with the world today??? Do they all want to have WWIII? First Italy and Germany refusing to let diplomats leave the country and storming an Embassy, now Taiwan firing a ICBM on China... on CHINA!

We are currently discussing with Vietnam the possibility of sending a public ultimatum to Italy and Germany. If they do not let the brazilian diplomats leave or if they attack any brazilian asset. We will intervene. Are you interested in joining?"

"I do understand your point, this is completely ridiculous, lately leaders have..have..have" He would sutter as if he was extremly stressed "Nothing on their heads but air! We are contacting Taiwan on the matter, but I hope it will be resolved."

"What would this Ultimatum be?"

"We have yet to submit the proposal to them, but it would be something like this:

Joint Declaration from
The Republic of Argentina
and
The Socialist Republic of Vietnam

The subscribing nations,

Concerned with the ongoing situation in Europe and worried about the potential disastrous consequences an open conflict might carry;

Interested in safeguarding lives and infrastructure;

Recalling that many diplomatic attempts have been made to try make the participating nations enter into reason

STATE:

1 - All diplomatic staff shall be released and guaranteed to return safe to their country of origine. Same thing happens to all national officials in foreign nations involved in the present Dispute.

2 - No unjustified military actions shall be taken against any of the participating nations, including its diplomatic personnel and citizens.

3 - Italy and Germany have to stand down immediatly and refrain from taking further action against brazilian personnel.

In case the present statements are breached, meassures will be taken to protect the victims.

"Afterwards, once this current problem is solved, we would have the intension on work on something more "long-termed" between our nations. Perhaps you are interested."

"We would subscribe to this ultimatum, if its necessary. China doesn't want bloodshed on either side. And Italy and Germany are clearly following a planned agenda. Besides do their military have the capability to engage in a overseas war? For your last point, yes we would be very much interested in this, could I know more of the details?"

"Excellent. As soon as I can get word from the vietnamese, We will publish it with our three subscriptions.

As for the latter, we would have to work on the details. Once things serte down we will hold a multilateral meeting. The idea is to create an political, economical block with certain elements Of a military cooperation agreement."
