China sending military vessels to a contested area. Immunity gets voided?

Centurius' China laucnhed a mil-ops thread wherein he is sending military vessels in the Spratly Island areas. (https://modernnations.com/threads/prc-operation-guardian.2240/)

Philippine Coast Guard ship (a non-military vessel) caught them in the said Spratly areas. (https://modernnations.com/threads/oplan-kabutihan.2563/)

Now there is a GA Resolution wherein it stated that there must be no military vessel to be deployed in Contested Zone such as the Spratlys (see Chapter 4 Paragraph III).

Given that China sent the warship to patrol the contested area, this is not considered as "innocent passage" to the contested area. If so, will Centurius' suffer the consequence of having his immunity voided?

If Military assets are sent into a disputed territory, except for passage (From one place to another outside of that Territory) then yes, immunity is removed as Disputed Territory can be seen as provocative.
After a quick read through the operation from Centurious, I was unable to identify where he's headed into the Spratly Island Areas (I may have missed it) but it could be worth double checking he definitely entered it.
