[China] The Congress Attack

In other to cement his power, and undermind the Democratic party without the public knowing, Xi Jinping would, secretly and in a classified way, order 3 officers from the inner circle of the communist party inside the Ministry of State Security, which acted as secret political police. Their orders were clear, arrest two low-level Democratic members of the National Congres, plant evidence they were sent by the top leadership of that Party in union with other more liberal parties to frame the reformed state by starting a fire in the congress, set fire to part of the congress and dispose of these members in the fire, making it as sloppy as possible with lots of evidence so that no counter-argument could be used.​

They would acknowledge it. However only one of them would know that he would have to kill the other 2 officers. They would all carry handguns for them and two semi-loaded for the scapegoats.​

They would follow these men constantly, learning their routine and their desires, and in one fatal day after they had left their worksites in the congress, using two unmarked vehicles, they would lure and follow these men and when they least expected, subdue them and render them death, without blood, just sudden suffocation, without anyone knowing and away from the public eyes. They would hide them in the trunks of their cars.​

Then not much time after in one of the most unused rooms, when most people had left the congress, they would cut the cameras off via their blind spots and if not possible using a mask showing only their head making it seem as if the perpetrators had done it and plant their evidence on the bodies, messages, letters, dousing the hands of the body with gasoline as if they had open the jerrycans, alongside small papers detailing their plan to each other and the masks used to disable the security cameras. Then they would set fire to this room, making the carpets and drapes catch fire, throwing jerrycans filled with gasoline in. After the room was fully lit up, the Emergency systems would immediately activate trying to douse the flames, but it was in vain as the fire burned intensely. Seeing this the single men would fire towards his comrades knowing it was the best for the state, 3 quick shots to their backs, with not enough reaction time for them to act, killing them instantly, the shots would be heard through the building, he would clear any fingerprints on the guns and plan them on the scapegoats, firing some shots around the room and then he would also shoot both death men in the head and shoulders and shoot himself in the leg.​

He would start calling for aid, running away from the fire.​

Four Congress guards would hear the firefight and the shout and would rush to the location of the sounds, meanwhile on their intercoms they would receive word that the cameras in the location were turned off or damaged. Upon reaching they would see the fire ranging in that location, and a injured man walking away, they would help the men while calling the fire department. The man would recount the events, in a false way, telling them that he and the two killed men were sent by the Communist Party to keep an eye around the congress when they found the other two men dousing fire on the room, a fire fight issued but the damage was already done. The guards would put him in a safe place to then discover if the story was true. Upon seeing who the "responsible" men were, they would immediately inform their chain on command quickly reaching the Secretary-General of NPC which would call in the Police and inform the president.

The fire department would be called into action to douse the fire in the congress, various fire-trucks and firefighters would, upon arriving at the scene, start to stop the fire from growing and continue to extinguish it. The congress would be evacuated by the police on the strict order to passively arrest the members and leaders of the democratic party, since the evidence were gigantically stacked against them until a trial could be made.

The Chinese State Press would only cover the fire and detail that possibly some members of the democratic party under orders of its leadership, started the fire, but it would only be that information for now.

(Xi Jinping addresses the nation)​

The President of China would issue a statement from his official residence to the nation regarding the recent events inside the National Peoples Congress.

"Yesterday, a vile act against the Chinese People took place, within the National People Congress. A fire started by the hands of two political figures of the democratic party, under orders of their parties leadership. I said this, as evidence as been shown to me, and the responsible police authorities, about their involvement in this act. Documents..Messages...Phone-calls and Letters, detailing a plan to oust this government from power, by using it as a scapegoat regarding the fire. Blaming us, and the Communist Party for it, to cement their own desire for power.

This was luckily stopped in time, by three brave men, that prevented the fire from spreading more towards others room and stopping the perpetrators from causing more harm. I also thank the fire department for acting quickly in fighting the fire.

Justice will be made against this vile act, and it saddens me to have to take stronger measures to make sure the Chinese People are not fooled again by the Democratic Party. I'll be addressing the National People Congress later this evening, regarding their permanent ban from the congress and outlaw their party. This will be up for the congress to decide.

With this, the Chinese public would go in a uproar against the democratic party, various peaceful and some less peaceful demonstrations against them would be seen through the streets, while regarding Xi Jinping as the people champion.
