Ministers of Foreign Affair of the Republic of Thailand, After deliberation by the Core Partners of the Confederation of Independent States through the Political Board of the CIS, it was decided unanimously that the Kingdom of Thailand shall be accepted as Core-Partner and Members of the Confederation of Independent States. We formally invite you to appoint representatives for the Political Board, please submit their names by responding to this formal message.
