Closing Diplomatic Topics

I think it would be neat to have a prefix for Closing Topics in the Diplomatic Section.
It can be rather confusing if you have 2 or 3 topics with the same person over the couse of some days. So by having a "Closed" or "Concluded" on topics which the RP as ceased could provide a neat and clean section.

It could even be expanded to include other ttypes of dialogue like

"Visit" "Phonecall" "Conference" "Defense" "Economic"

As a way to filter a lot of the topics and provide more of a costumizations of this sections

Can I just confirm, is this for a 'Closed' Prefix or for a 'Type' Prefix?
We can only add one prefix per thread so it would need to be one or the other.

I think just Open-Closed Prefix would be more helpful than what type it is.
