Commissioning flag redesign of new African Republic of Liberia

Liberia is going through an official rebranding. The President would like a redesign of the flag that includes militaristic and pan-african elements. He would like one flag to represent his panafrican movement and another that incorporates the Liberian flag.

$5,000,000 will be transferred to all parties that provide a design and participate. A further $2,500,000 will be provided for each revision of a design requested. Finally $10,000,000 will be provided to the party that creates the design that is chosen.

The President loves your designs. He wants some revisions though.

He asks you to try and use a lighter red that matches the current Liberian flag. Also try to experiment using a white stripe instead of black. Or maybe use only red and white stripes like the existing flag but use a green border. He asks you to be creative. As for the middle circle, maybe a star with a machete and AK intersecting? Once that is done make similar changes to the banners!

As you know, the Black, Green, and Dark Red are the colors of Pan-Africanism and the fist is the symbol of the movement and black liberation across the world.
