Greetings. While we may not have had the most cooperative past, we do know that your forces have aided our Emperor in his escape from Turkey, and in our eyes that prove your trustworthiness. The bulk of the Congolese navy has deployed to the Mediterranean, and alongside these vessels, we have included a cargo shipping vessel loaded with 144 Leopard II MBTs, support vehicles, multiple utility trucks, and various other equipment. However, we have no solid land to place these units upon. We were hoping that in our common goal to bring about an end to the Turkish issue, you would allow us to deploy these vehicles and fly in their crews to Israel. Anything that we can do to aid in the coming fight we are willing to do. As well as this, we could redirect our ships to, instead of loitering around Greek islands, meet up with your and potentially Australia's navy. The more cooperation we have the more likely the Turkish regime will collapse.

It is a common goal that we want to bring an end to this evil Turkish regime after they murdered innocent Turkish Jews and those belonging to your military forces belonging to your country who were simply there protecting and attempting to liberate those who were trapped and we appreciate the attempts shown by your government. I have to deny your request at this current time due to a security operation currently underway with our defence forces mobilised to counter a potential Turkish led invasion. I however ask you to make contact with the United Kingdom who have territory within the region and may be able to help with your request.
