Beginning immediately following the revelation made in the Chinese conference call on Sweden, Operation Blue Steel would be drawn up and executed.

CNV BANANA
CNV Banana, Gt-Ns-99-01, will be armed with: 4x 533mm torpedo tubes, 2x 650mm torpedo tubes, 20x SS-N-16 533mm ASW torpedoes, 8x Type 65-76 650mm surface targeting torpedoes, 24x P-700 Granit Cruise Missiles. Will take the most direct route, submerged, to Annobón island- outside of territorial waters.

BLUES CLUB TASK FORCE
Blues club task force consists of CNV Matadi and Boma, Ns-Fg-00-01 and Ns-Fg-00-02 respectively, Neustrashimyy-class Frigates, as well as CNV Goma, Mk-Hc-00-01, the Moskva-class helicopter carrier. The Neustrashimyy-class Frigates will each be armed with: 8x SS-N-25 anti-ship missiles, 32x SA-N-9 VLS AA missiles, 1x 100mm gun, 2x Kashtan CIWS, 6x SS-N-16 ASW torpedos, 1x 12 tube RBU-6000 ASW launcher, 1x ka-27 helicopter. The Moskva-class helicopter carrier will be armed with: 2x Twin SA-N-3 AA missile launchers, with reloads for a total of 48 missiles, 2x twin 57mm guns, 1x SUW-N-1 twin-arm anti-sub missile system, with 8 extra missiles, 2x 12 tube RBU-6000 ASW launchers, 10x SS-N-16 ASW torpedos, 2x ZIF-121 rocket launchers, 4 barrels total, 400 decoy rounds in reserve, 16x Ka-27PL submarine hunter helicopters, 2x Ka-31 Early warning helicopters. They will patrol a 1,000-mile route between Sao Tome, Sao Tome and Principe, and Benguela, Angola. The 30-hour route will maintain a safe 12 miles from the coast, outside of the country's territorial waters. Both Ka-31s will be airborne, taking shifts to refuel, radar actively searching, as well as 2x Ka-27PL helicopters, carrying a load of 4x APR-2E homing torpedoes each. All radars and sonars and other search equipment on all ships and active helicopters will be active. Crews on max alert. Refueling as needed.

DAMASCUS TASK FORCE
Damascus task force consists of Ta-Cv-99-03, Ta-Cv-99-04, Ta-Cv-99-05, Ta-Cv-99-06, and Ta-Cv-99-07, Tarantul-class corvettes, as well as Br-Hc-00-01, Br-Hc-00-02, Br-Hc-00-03, Br-Hc-00-04, and Br-Hc-00-05, Bora-class Hovercrafts. Each Tarantul-class Corvette will be armed with: 4x P-15 Termit Anti-ship missiles, 1x quadruple Sa-N-5 air defense system, 1x 76mm gun, 1x Kashtan CIWS. Ta-Cv-99-03 will replace the P-15 Termit missiles with 16x Kh-35 missiles. The Bora-class hovercraft will be armed with: 2x Pk-10 decoy rocket launchers, 2x Pk-16 decoy rocket launchers, 8x SS-N-22 Sunburn anti-ship missiles, 1x twin-launcher Osa-Ma AA missile system, 20 missiles in reserve, 1x Ak-176M cannon, 2x Ak-630 CIWS, 16x 9K38 Igla-M Shoulder-fired AA missiles, 2x 14.5mm machine guns, 1x DP-64 grenade launcher. This task force will patrol from Banana, Congo to Sao Tome, Sao Tome and Principe, and back. Refueling as needed. Highest degree of readiness, active radar/sonar.

The Talwar-class frigates will be armed with: 24x Shtil-1 AA missiles, 8x Igla-1E short-range AA missiles, 8x VLS Klub anti-ship missiles, 1x 100mm naval gun, 2x Kashtan CIWS, 2x twin 533mm torpedo tubes (4x USET-80 torpedoes on Detonation II, Demolition, 4x SS-N-16 533mm ASW torpedoes on Nitroglycerin), 1x RBU-6000 ASW rocket launcher, 1x Ka-31 (Nitroglycerin carries 1x Ka-27PL instead). Tarantul-class corvettes will be armed with: 4x SS-N-22 Sunburn Anti-ship missiles, 1x quadruple Sa-N-5 air defense system, 1x 76mm gun, 1x Kashtan CIWS. This task force will patrol from Luanda, Angola, to Mayumba, Gabon, refueling as required, Ka-31s airborne and actively searching, highest degree of readiness, active radar/sonar.
