Greetings. While our two governments have yet to make acquaintances, the Congo feels the need to purchase reliable defensive measures as quickly as possible so as to confirm the security of our nation. In these pursuits, we are looking to purchase THREE PAVE PAWS AN/FPS-123 Radar Arrays to monitor our airspace against hostile threats. Whether produced by the Congo under a local production license or by the US and then shipped in parts overseas, we are willing and able to make room for the US' needs. |
