Though you do, as of know, declare domestic law in the nation subforum, I believe that it would be fantastic to declare major domestic law in a subforum so that countries could properly react to the legislation. For example, let's say I created a few laws that hampered on the human rights of citizens. Putting legislation like that in a subforum could lead to some great interaction between nations. Just a suggestion.

You can do that via International Events and Worldwide Journalism. These subforums are 'global' and whatever occurs there will allow other nations to react to it.

There's nothing stopping you requesting to have a subforum in your nations subforum to be created for your laws. You can have up to 2 to be made and named whatever you like
