Dear Minister, On behalf of the Government of The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and Primer Minister Abiy Ahmed, I would like to congratulate your leadership for your rise to power in Lybia and for bringing your nation back as an active international player. It is always good to see fellow african states join the struggle for the african voice to be heard among the international concert. Your rise happens in a very convenient moment, as other african nations are becoming more and more involved in regional and international affairs. It is in this context that we would like to arrange a telephonic conversation to address the current status of the bilateral relation between Lybia and Ethiopia and to seek potential areas of cooperation.
