"My country is grateful for the consideration of even a secondary HQ to be located in Singapore. As you're aware, First Choice are searching for a Secondary Headquarters that will serve as a Platform for our Business Partners in Asia. Not only is Singapore strategically placed near the South China Sea to reach our Furthest Customers, like Vietnam but the Malacca Strait is a doorway into the Bay of Bengal, India. We cannot ignore the opportunity for growth, to meet the ever changing markets. The KoS offered us the Marina Bay Financial Center. However, I'd prefer a New Construction within the Port of Singapore, preferably near the Town of Bukit Merah? You see, I'd like for us to open a Maritime Shipyard within proximity of a Headquarters."

Our Royal Architects and Engineers have been hard at work developing plans for upgrading and expanding existing infrastructure in and around the capital, but luckily Bukit Merah was not included in the proposals sent my way. I support the idea, in any case."

"I'm quite certain we can come to an agreement, Ralph. Based on the plans being presented, I believe the facility can be built within Bukit Merah's subzone of HarbourFront. It's a lively area of commerce, both maritime and financial. It's located in Keppel Bay, and maintains a relatively decent proximity to one of the shipyards located near the Port of Singapore. HarbourFront might also be a suitable potential prospect for your HQ, perhaps, although i'm certain our Architects will have no issues with constructing the facility on FCI's behalf. As for the project investment, funds would need to be re-arranged in order to put together that amount from our reserves and other sources. In other words, we would need some time in order to get the appropriate funds together."
