First Emerging Crisis Convention
Hosted by the Congo
To discuss and act upon
the military crises upon us.

MISSION STATEMENT:
The ECC was conceived to act upon crises ignored by the major world powers and the Global Assembly.
The Convention will debate the active major crises afflicting the world and decide on a method of bringing them to a conclusion.
The Convention will be time-limited to avoid the month-long debates that plague the Global Assembly.

INVITATIONS:
Bangladesh ( Danny ), Peoples Republic of China ( DHouseAlwyswyns ), Kingdom of Saudi Arabia ( VBCFan ), Republic of Korea ( Jay ), United Arab Emirates ( Mansoas ), Socialist Republic of Vietnam ( HeadlessSeeker ), Kingdom of Denmark ( JamieA ), Republic of Germany ( Dutchy ), Kingdom of Italy ( Joe ), Kingdom of Polan ( ManBear ), Russian Empire ( Alex ), Republic of Serbia ( Smugs1909 ), Republic of Spain ( Bruno ), Republic of Ukraine ( GingeOrCringe ), United Kingdom ( Jamie ), Canada ( Nathan ), Mexican Socialist States ( Drivindeath ), United States of America ( Odinson ), Commonwealth of Australia ( Owen ), Republic of Egypt ( Thomas R. Jones ), Republic of Nigeria ( Baer ), Empire of Brazil ( JakeDorent ).

Those countries engaged in the main conflicts of interest, Sweden, Israel, Thailand, and Turkey by name, will not be invited to the deliberations.

Those invited are allowed up to ten representatives and staff as well as five security staff.

LOCATION:
The Convention will be held in a secure building just outside of the capital of Kinshasha on the Congo river. The Congo will cover transport from airports or the port of Banana as well as the security of the convention site. The deliberations themself will not be recorded in any public way.

AGENDA:
WEEK ONE:
Concerning the Swedish Occupation of South Africa, may be extended one week.

WEEK TWO:
Concerning the Israel-Turkish conflict, may be extended one week.

WEEK THREE:
Concerning any other crises considered noteworthy. May not be extended.

WEEK FOUR:
Confirmation and Commitment to previous statements. May be extended up to three weeks.
