To begin, I would like to apologize for the laziness and embarrassing ignorance that the previous administration of France had towards the terrorist attacks that were endured by the headquarters of First Choice International. While we are saddened to see FCI relocate, we understand completely and if there is anything that the new government of France can do to help with this relocation just say so.

Now, as for the subject at hand. With the winter over and a new government in place, re-building is our top priority. Re-building from this winter and the last government will cost France quite the sum, I'm afraid, which is why I would like to request for a loan of 5,000,000,000.00$ from FCI. This loan would come with a 1,000,000,000.00$ at 20% APR. We would like to take the loan out at a total of 12 months at a repayment price of $500,000,000.00. France hopes that this is acceptable, the money would be used towards helping those that have been damaged by the winter and rebuilding destroyed properties along with building our military forces, anti-terrorism units, and various other national securities.

There is a payable 20% APR Representative of $1,000,000,000.00

• We will charge a standard interest fee of 5% against any Payments that aren't transferred on time
• Payments that aren't transferred on time over three (3) or more occasions is a breach of Agreement
• First Choice may suspend or withdraw Loan Contracts with any client who has broken the terms and conditions
• Legal Proceedings may be taken against any client, which could result in the debt being secured against any property they own
• First Choice will secure access to the Banking Credentials of clients, who may retrieve money from suspended or withdrawn accounts
• By, confirming and accepting any monetary Bank Transfer sent by First Choice, Clients are agreeing to all the above terms
