I will roleplay it, however an external visa application seems to be the perfect opportunity for power gaming or even denying the existence of any visa applications put forward - could this be rectified please?
I will be submitting my application in-game to ensure the roleplay is publicly available.

As expected, blatant metagaming:
1. No defined rule displayed indicating France requires a relationship with an applicants home county.
2. Permanently banned from the country for not following undefined rules?
3. Appeal ability removed?

To me it looks like the application was refused as he's fearful of a HUMINT operation, he's provided no valid or reasonable grounds to deny the application and has imposed a number of rules (banning and revocation of appeal) to prevent any further operation.
