PRIME MINISTER OF THE FRENCH REPUBLIC |
ENCRYPTED |
Recipient: Jonas Gahr Støre, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Kingdom of Norway With a vote currently underway to find a suitable location to house the new European Union headquarters. The city of Strasbourg has been chosen by the French Government and it is to our understanding that the Norwegian Government will fund the other half of the headquarters as stated in the current meeting being undertaken by delegates from across Europe. We have put a valuation in the region of $600,000,000.00 to research and construct the headquarters and surrounding buildings to house offices, accomodation, security features and more. The French Government will be placing $300,000,000.00 to the project which will leave $300,000,000.00 outstanding if this sum is agreeable to your government. I look forward to hearing from you soon and hope that we can continue our strong relationship. Regards, Jordan Bardella Prime Minister of France French Republic |
