Historically, France and Portugal relationship always prosper. Today, I am reaching out to you to forge our relationship into advanced level. It is an honor to be hearing from the French Republic, considering the history between our two nations. Congratulations on your appointment, I hope that all goes well with you and your prospects. For the subject of our bilateral and multilateral relationship, Portugal is more than eager to start things up with France yet again. However, I would like to inform you that we sadly don't have any drafts for the required documents that would establish a closer relationship with France. I would like to ask you kindly if you do have such drafts, (Free Trade Agreements, Pacts, etc.) so that things may run more smoothly. Yet again I apologize in behalf of the Royal Assembly for such incompetence. I wish good luck to you and the French Republic.
