Recipient: Lucia Björklund, Assistant Secretary of Foreign Affairs for European Affairs, Kingdom of Sweden With a meeting currently being held in Oslo to establish a European Union, we have decided that it would be fitting to reach out on a more personal level to the Kingdom of Sweden and establish a working relationship between our two governments. I understand that Secretary Margot Wallström will understandably be busy with her diary hence why I reach out to your office in order to continue the strong bond and friendship that our two countries share. I would like to initiate a call with you or another member within the Swedish Department of Foreign Affairs to discuss a number of affairs that both of our countries may wish to bring to the table.
