Dear Minister Bernard Bot, The French Republic and Kingdom of the Netherlands hold a strong relationship and after recent events occuring in the French Republic, I would like to invite you to speak with Foreign Minister Édouard Philippe to discuss current affairs and the previous French administration. Our two countries notably share a border division in the Caribbean island of Saint Martin which we believe we should communicate with yourselves as we would like to improve our cultural and economic ties but to also increase military ties and cooperation with the Dutch Kingdom.
