I would like to reach out to improve Brazilian-French Relationship. I know that previous French socialist government was very short-sighted, mentally retarded and bonkers but I would like to apologize on behalf of what happened between France & Brazil. So, in light of improving relationship, I would like to invite you to Paris, where we can discuss our potential relationship and other matters that related to Brazil and France. Thank you for reaching to me, especially considering what happened with the previous government. Brazil, too would like to step by step restore ties with the Republic of France.

But I must reiterate, step by step. After the Embassy Crises both in Paris and Berlin and continued hostility from the UK, my government is very reluctant to have anything to do with Europe, other than trade, especially since many European countries either blamed Brazil for the embassy fiascos, or did nothing about them.

Since Brazil currently has no embassy or ties with France, I do not think it would be wise for me to travel to Paris.

However, we could have a video chat and start with trade talks and from there, move on to restoring diplomatic ties.

French Republic, Honorable President Macron, would make a video call to his Brazilian counterpart. The call is encrypted and Secret Call. French President would check the room to make sure that no one is snooping in. He would place in two armed guard. Upon getting green signal from Directorate-General for External Security, the call is full encrypted and top secret.

The video call would be received. Once he got a nod from his chief cyber technician and a thumbs up, indicating that the video call would be scrambled except or the two participants, President Romero sitting in a chair, with a background of shelves of books and a visibly antique globe sitting to his left would finally answer.

"Greetings, President Marcon. All is well with Brazil. Things are quieting down finally and we are ready to move on to more prosperous endeavors.

I want to thank you once again for igniting contact with me and my government. After what our countries just went through, it was a bold and courageous move.

With that said, I believe I think we should begin with our first item on our agenda; trade.

Your first export listed is vehicles, ours is ethanol fuel. They are a match made in heaven.

Ethanol fueled cars are wave of the future. They will cut greenhouse and CO2 emissions in your country and mine by 90%.

The problem is we do not have the automotive capacity to put a lot of cars out, and you do not have access to ethanol fuel.

Perhaps we can work out an arrangement that is beneficial to both of our countries.

We could also set up side trade deals for your plastics and pharmaceuticals, for say our iron ore and raw sugar or oil seeds.

But those deals can be set up easily right now if you want. You can ship plastics and pharmaceuticals to the port of Rio. And take your pick between, iron ore, raw sugar or oil seeds and we will have them sent to Port of Le Havre.

We can then move onto what I think could be one of the more valuable projects in modern times. Ethanol fueled cars."

The President then laughs at himself.

"Apologies, sometimes I talk to much when I get excited what do you think of my proposals?'

"No worries Mr. President. I am on the same boat as you are. Then we both can work on ethanol fuels and automotive capacity. By having these two will create job opportunities along with increase both of our economies. I say, I agree with your proposals. What are the next thing would like to work on? How about your military? Do you require any equipment so that we can help you with that? What do you say?"

President Macron would slightly chuckle.

"Exactly, job opportunities and economic growth. I am hoping you can arrange a meeting the CEO's of your largest companies and have a sit down with they and my foreign minister and I. We are hoping to build two ethanol automobile factories in the area around Rio.

One of my goals for 2104 and 2015 is to close down the Favelas. But to do that I need the people there to be employed. The workers from the factories can come from the Favelas. They can help with construction of the factories while at the same time being trained for work in the actual factories when they are completed.

What do you think?

And also, let's het the trade routes started as quickly as possible. Tell me exactly what you want me to send to and to what port and then you can send plastics and pharmaceuticals to the port of Brazil."

I think this is great idea to invest in Brazil and we would like to see increasing economic growth of Brazil and increasing number of job opportunities. Apart from these CEO, Général de division (or Major General) Bérénice Bejo, a French-Argentine major general serving in the French Army. She will be the part of military delegates. So, total of these four (4) can discuss design planning and so on. Once you are ready, they will depart shortly for Brasilia."
