My name is Jean LePen and I am contacting you and the Government of Russia on behalf of the Republic of France. It is my hope that with this message we may begin positive diplomatic ties between our two nations which will help us build our economies and create jobs. France is also interested in acquiring military equipment from Russia, as we already have a considerable amount of your military hardware.

I would also like to discuss with you the possibility of building French made automobiles in factories built by Russians and and that will employ Russians manufacturing them.

I believe we also need to discuss regional stability as much of Europe has seen recent revolutions, and I believe it is vital to both of our interests that the unrest come to an end.

I hope we can talk soon. Either by teleconference, or perhaps I could visit you in Moscow.

At this time, we are not exporting military hardware due to the situation at hand. However, we can negotiate contracts for when things have been reigned in. At this time, what are you looking for exactly? If you can tell me that, I can then forward the information to our Military Equipment service.

Also where would these Factories you mentioned be located?

"France is looking for armed helicopter transports and attack helicopters suck as the Mil Mi-24 and other variants. Also we are need of ground and air radar systems to go along with MK-BUK1 systems we have in place as well as Pantsir 1 systems. This will not be a small order. As far as the Buk and Pantsir systems we are looking at 100 a piece. Helo's at three hundred Mil-Mi 24's."
