French Republic, Honorable Jean-Yves Le Drian, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, would make a phone call to his Norweigian counterpart. The call is encrypted and Secret Call. French Foreign Minister would check the room to make sure that no one is snooping in. He would place in two armed guard. Upon getting green signal from Directorate-General for External Security, the call is full encrypted and top secret.

The Minister of Foreign Affair's secretary answered the call on her encrypted line and, after verifying it was the French Minister of Foreign Affairs, transferred the call to the Minister's encrypted line.

"Hello," he said, "This is Jakob Vinter."

"Hello this is Minister Le Drian speaking. It's my honor and my pleasure to speak with you. How's everything at Norway?"

"Hello Minister Le Drian. It's very nice to hear from you. Things are going well in Norway right now. I've been planning to make a call to you, but I'm happy that you took the initiative. Things are going well in France, I hope? I was in Paris not too long ago during the 'Yellow Vest Protests' - have things calmed down since then?" he said.

"Everything is well and great in France. The situation of Yellow Vest Protests are now under control. My foreign policy to be friendly with global affairs. Not everyone wants to be friendly, I guess. Anyways, my purpose is here to initiate trade and other potential matter with Norway. Let's start with Trade first. What do you say?"

A copy of pre-signed Free Trade Agreement would be sent to Norweigian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

"I just sent the FTA copy to Norway Foreign Office. Let me if you have received it. In the trade, we would like to trade vehicle, pharmaceuticals, plastic, electronic machinary equipment to Norway. In exchange we would like to import Fossil Fuels, Seafood, Aluminum."
