Member-states of the Global Assembly to send forces (2,500 max) in a non-combatant role (as they see fit) to the border of Romania and Moldova. a. Assist with basic and advanced first aid to the citizens of Moldova and Romania who have been affected by this crisis. b. Assist with rebuilding any damaged property in both Romania and Moldova, funding to be supplied by the Republic of Romania. c. Assist with setting up temporary accommodation and basic needs (toilets showers etc) in selected areas of both Romania and Moldova for any displaced civilians to due to the crisis. d. Assist with securing the borders between the Republic of Romania and the Republic of Moldova, acting as a deterrent for any further action between Moldova and Romania. 1. Member-States of the Global Assembly agree to place the following sanctions on Romania; Trade, Arms, Trade and Tourism a. Member-states of the Global Assembly are forbidden from conducting any kind of trade or commerce with Romania, be it between governments, private businesses or organizations that operate within their influence and vice versa. b. Member-states of the Global Assembly are forbidden from issuing loans to any level of the Romanian government (including political parties), the Romanian armed forces, Romanian owned businesses or organizations c. Member-states will not permit commercial vessels, aircraft, trains, and automobiles to dock in Romanian ports, airports and trains stations d. Member-states will not permit Romanian commercial vessels, aircraft, trains, and automobiles to dock in their ports, airports and train stations. e. Any mention of "member-states" includes all government entities, private and public organizations and companies under their jurisdiction, and citizens and residents. 2. Any state which does not participate in this embargo will be added to the embargo. 3. Member-states of the Global Assembly who are found to be in violation of any part of Article 2 Sub-Section 1 are subject to a $1-billion fine for each instance of non-compliance. a. Member-states of the Global Assembly who continuously violate Article 2 Sub-Section 1 are subject to a $5-billion fine per month until they cease their violations. b. The Secretary General, or the Deputy Secretary General, will decide who is, and is not, in compliance. |
