Taiwanese Ambassador at GA, Ms. Hannah Quinlivan would arrive at GA with full evidence and attend.

The Chief Justice arrived with his gavel. He took his seat and began looking over the details of the case as he awaited the arrival of the other justices. He would ensure that the Taiwanese Ambassador and any of his colleagues would wait outside of the chamber until the other justices were in attendance by asking the Dutch Royal Marechaussee to keep them there until the other justices made themselves present.

Nathalie Chapuis, French Ambassador to the Global Assembly would arrive and inform the justices that Taiwan, Sweden, and Italy have been called to bring a witness forward with their own evidence against the Brazilian president.

Swedish delegates arrive and take their seats, thoroughly examining documentation before them and holding their own exhibits for viewing in court, this would be declared to the clerk for disclosure purposes.

The argentine justicie would ask for the swedish and taiwanese personnel to be removed from the room.

Nathalie Chapuis would ask for clarification as the Swedish and Taiwanese personnel were witnesses to the offenses placed against the defendant.

No one except the justices and court staff had been allowed in the chamber so far. The court was guarded by the Dutch Royal Marechaussee.

The Royal Netherlands Marechaussee would escort out all those not authorised to be in the chambers at that time, they would proceed to maintain security inside and outside the building and ensure that the Justices could proceed with their hearing in a private manner.

The Dutch Justice Anne Cuijpers would arrive and take her place after greeting her colleagues, she would then patiently await the arrival of the last Justice while reading the case file.

The Swedish delegation roll their eyes and make their way to a private committee room along with their bundles of evidential documentation - discussion within the room was secure and soundproof whilst conversation between counsel, legal representation from government and witnesses discuss the proceedings.

The Taiwanese representative at GA would roll her eyes and make their way to a private committee room along with their circumstantial evidence. They would eagerly await.

Seeing as all of the justices were in the room, Chief Justice Olhouser banged his gavel to gather his colleagues. "Thank you all for coming," he said to the justices and the Secretary General. "This case is... peculiar. I think it is very serious to try the head of state of another country. Mister Secretary General, before I issue the summons, I just want to be sure that you want this case to move forward?"

The argentine judge would speak:

"For the record, I consider the present case to be to rather unprecise and vague. We are dealing here with "principles", something that is difficult and very subjective to judge on. We agree on the fact that the brazilian diplomacy needs to act less impulsively and with more respect towards the counterpart they are interacting with at the moment. However, we find that this is hardly the cause for a formal investigation and sanction.

On the other hand, our efforts would be best used if we focus on case #003."
