REFORMATION OF THE INTERNATIONAL COURT OF JUSTICE
In response to the recent case heard by the International Court of Justice, reforms have been proposed by Chief Justice Rolf Olhouser and accepted by Secretary General Clark Stone. These changes have been implemented by means of updating the Statute of the Court. These changes will increase the autnonomy of the International Court of Justice as well as expand the jurisdiction of the Court in order to allow cases to be submitted by Non-Member States, Corporations and Individuals.
In response to these changes the Secretary General has decided to prolong the service of Rolf Olhouser by reappointing him as Chief Justice. Elections for the positions of Associate Justice will now also be held in order to bring the Court to full force.[/color]
