HELLO HELLO [ARTICLE I. PRINCIPLES] The purpose of the organisation is as follows — ◾ To promote the human rights and equality of the human man, regardless of their nation or gender. ◾ To prevent warfare and violence from bringing destruction and pillage to nations and it's citizens. ◾ To promote social change and standards of living, acting as a voice for those being wronged. ◾ To promote and protect international law across the globe and ensure justice is preserved. ◾ To work together globally to promote real social and economic change. ◾ To promote tolerance and peace. [ARTICLE II. SECRETARY GENERAL] The Secretary General is the figurehead of the organization, and is responsible for the day-to-day operations. He acts as speaker during meetings of the Assembly, scheduling debates and holding a tie-breaking vote. The Secretary General is responsible for the executive operations of the organization, including the budget, peacekeeping forces, and enforcement of binding resolutions. As the executive, he holds the power to block resolutions which are against the charter. [ARTICLE III. GLOBAL ASSEMBLY] The Global Assembly is the lawmaking body of the organisation. The Global Assembly votes on matters of international law and on matters running the Assembly. It should be noted that Assembly decrees are superior to national law. [ARTICLE IV. ASSEMBLY RULES] Upon entering the organisation, all member states agree to follow the resolutions of the organisation and pay entry fees ($2,000,000) to assist the Global Assembly in its role. Member states are expected to attend meetings and exercise decorum in accordance with the rules of the assembly as set out by the Secretary General. [ARTICLE V.
