GA Unrecognizing

Considering the previous GA discussion, Odin as SECGEN said the following "a new Serbian official from what appears to be the coup attempt in Serbia has arrived and wants to vote on this measure. He will not be allowed in and will not be allowed to vote because he is not from the government the Global Assembly recognizes as legitimate. Another member may make a resolution to recognize this new government, "

Does this mean that now if I change my Gov back to the PRC I won't be able to vote in the GA?

The Former Serbian Government were murdered in a Coup Attempt so the /Newly/ Leaders needed to be Recognized by the Global Assembly. These Circumstances vary considerably to you.
I suspect you will Roleplay a Chinese Election, making the change of Government legitimate and fair. Therefore, this will not impact your vote.
