I would argue a Police Siege a single is an Operation, done with logistical planning, tactics, units deployed etc.
But as I have stated Hollie, she has told me the situation has not been reversed and the rules have now been changed now to ensure it does not occur again.
This is all fine and good, and it nice that it was recognized that an error had been made, but final outcome is completely unfair to me. Especially given the gravity of the events depicted in the German siege.
I simply do not have the time, and even if I did, I do not want to spend it rehashing events that should have never have occurred to begin with.
If the German siege is not lifted, I am not going to role play through the ICJ#5 case. As stated, I will merely send a letter to the ICJ, stating,
"That due to the conflicting circumstances of the nature of the siege, especially the events leading up to it, I do not believe I can receive a fair trial, especially with many sides already aligned against me, none of whom have anything to do with the initial exchange of unpleasantries between Taiwan and Brazil. Brazil will send the reparations to The German government immediately upon confirmation that the letter has arrived at ICJ and processed through the ICJ."
I have no interest in doing it.
I will however continue to RP the ICJ Case#3, even though that is just political theater and a way for others to gang up on one nation.
