To whomever it may concern, My name is Karsten Jürke, and I act as the Federal Minister of Foreign Affairs for the German Reich, and I would like to apologize to you for the discontent of my colleague, one Mister Harald Braun, in your organization; we here at the Federal Foreign Office select our ambassadors and diplomats with full knowledge that they know how to act appropriately and responsibly with others. However, Mister Braun, our permanent representative to the Global Assembly, has violated that sanctity, and has been properly dealt with appropriately by my administrative team, and his supervisors in conclusion to the Resolution for Minority Languages; he has temporarily been replaced by Miss Sonja Seifried until it is decided whether or not he is completely unfit and unqualified for his job as ambassador. However, that being said, Mister Braun has reported rather disgusting acts by members of the Global Assembly directly to my office, with the intent of showcasing what he believes is a massive and gross misconduct of the General Assembly towards not only the German Reich, but towards the delegation of Ottoman Turkey as well; in particular, the confrontation with one delegation — who shall remain nameless for the time-being — that led to Braun feeling he had to, and I quote, "not only defend my country, but that of the Ottoman-Turks who were also viciously slandered for no reason by the delegation in-question." Mister Braun also stated to me via a personal email that, not only was his nation — the nation he represents with the utmost courtesy and respect — defamed in front of him, but both he and the delegation for Ottoman Turkey were referred to as, and I quote, "decried our comments and concerns on the bill at hand as being nonconstructive, defaming our reputations by stating that we were playing empire like it was the 19th and early 20th Centuries, and ultimately goaded me into defaming my country's reputation even further." Mister Harald Braun has no doubt in his mind that the to-remain-unnamed delegation intentionally caused an uproar. He believes that the to-remain-unnamed delegation knew that nothing would be done by other national delegations present, because it was against the German Reich and the Ottoman Caliphate, two nations with blood on their hands from history long-since passed that can easily be brought up to paint us as unapologetic bullies, liars, and imperialists with the goal of subjugation of the masses; I cannot say that I blame him either. The tactic of branding and decrying people who don't agree with you as racists is being used in a body for international cooperation by a nation that refuses to acknowledge its own historical shortcomings in those regards. I will apologize on behalf of my country for Braun's uproar and tantrums that he's suffered at both assemblies, but I will not apologize for debts we have long-since paid, nor will I apologize for the views that he holds dear and, up until recently, seemingly had no problem expressing to the Global Assembly or the United Nations without worry that he would be decried upon by those that would dare to defame us for their own gain. On behalf of His Majesty, the Kaiser — who I can assure you is also incredibly displeased with the way the Global Assembly has treated two nations who have done nothing but intend to fix the damage done by years of ultra-nationalism, militarism, barbarism, hatred, and anger — I am temporarily severing any and all ties between the German Reich and Global Assembly, as well as suspending any and all actions that are undertaken by the permanent representative to your organization; I am doing this until further notice for the gross defamation of two nations and their own contributions and to what was once a body for international dialogue & cooperation, the lack of support from observing parties and appropriate punishment for instigating parties involved, and for the fact that His Majesty and Her Excellency [Chancellor Andrea Nahles] feel it is a necessity to reassess our place on the global stage in comparison to other nations, especially in how the world stage views our nations. I expect an appropriate punishment for the instigator, a public apology from both the Global Assembly Secretariat and the instigating party to both of our nations for our defamation, and an acknowledgement of these concerns and my own apology on behalf of my country — my representative — as we move forwards. I hold no grudges, I hold no ill will to this international body, but until confirmed that the instigating party has been punished for their defamation of our two countries — just as I have punished my representative for his outbursts — you will not have the German Reich participating in any of your affairs and, given this gross injustice to our country — who deserves all the same rights, freedoms, and treatments as any other nation on the international stage — may even see His Majesty and Her Excellency calling for our permanent removal from the Global Assembly proper.
