State Secretary Benschop,

With the recent installation of the 1st Schröder Administration, I have been tasked by Federal Minister of Foreign Affairs Helmut Kohl to reach out to the your government with the hope of re-establishing the excellent relationship which existed between our nations. If possible, I would like to schedule a meeting in The Hague to discuss a range of topics on which our two nations can cooperate, namely political, economical, and defence cooperation.
