First Deputy Minister,

I hope that you may be able to pass on our well-wishes to the President.

I am reaching out to you today with the hope that you may be able to offer my government some clarity on the current situation within your country. With the recent transition of governments within the Federal Republic of Germany, we lack any existing diplomatic networks with members of your government. I have therefore been tasked with re-establishing a link between our two respective governments, with the hope that this can promote bilateral communication and cooperation.

If possible, I hope that you may be able to shed some light on the current situation within your country, as the situation being portrayed by the media seems to be hectic and we would prefer to gather any information from official sources. Based on the information that you may be able to provide, the Federal Republic may be in a place to offer assistance, I do however have to stress that with the recent transition of governments the capabilities of the Federal Republic are limited for the time being.

We are glad to hear that the condition of the President has stabalised.

Germany's path has been fraught with hardships and obstacles, a many great mistakes were made, but I am glad that the Federal Republic and the people of Germany are now on the right path. We stand with Ukraine as it too seeks to promote liberalism.

I want to thank you for the information, I can assure you that this administration shall not support any unconstitutional 'provisional governmentns' which may seek to abuse the situation to gain power. If there is anything else that the Federal Republic of Germany can do please do not hesitate to ask.
