Phillip Nacht would be sat at his desk in the German embassy located in Belgrade, Serbia. An email notification and sound could be heard, although Phillip was having a staff meeting with the embassy staff he opened the email noticing it was from the Chancellor himself. Phillips face dropped, while taking a moment and pausing he begun printing of the attachment onto Auswärtiges Amt (Federal Foreign Office) paper. Phillip would place the printed paper into a envelope and sealed with the official stamp of the Auswärtiges Amt (Federal Foreign Office), Phillip would quickly apologise to his staff before grabbing his coat and exiting the building with 4 armed guards before entering a vehicle and driving off to Andricev Venac 1, 11000 Belgrade which was the office to to the Serbian President.
With the car quickly coming to a stop, an armed officer would exit the vehicle opening the door for the German Ambassador following him to the reception area of the building who would notice the awaiting American Ambassadors car. Phillip held the letter tight in his hand, while walking through the lobby moving over to the receptionist clearing his throat although speaking in English but with a sharp German accent "Hello, I'm Phillip Nacht the Ambassador to the Serbian State for the Federal Republic of Germany. Here in my possession I have a letter destined for the President of Serbia from the Chancellor himself. Please can you make sure he gets it himself and no one else reads it please" he paused handing over the sealed letter to the receptionist before exiting the building followed by the armed agent getting back into the car and driving back to the embassy to await further orders from the Chancellor or the Auswärtiges Amt (Federal Foreign Office).
Dear President Davidović,
News has reached me here in the Federal Republic of Germany that the Serbian Administration has ordered Serbian forces to move across borders into Kosovo to begin attacks against the Kosovo people and threatening their independence by an aggressive act of force and from this it saddens me to give this ultimatum; If the Serbian Administration does not pull back its forces or attempt to pull back their forces from the Kosovo region by 24th December (May) 2013 then the Federal Republic of Germany will come to aide the Kosovo people and administration in their defence against the forces of Serbia. From this an act of war will be issued against the Serbian administration and all diplomatic ties will be ended, heed this warning and do the right thing by pulling back.
Yours faithfully
