Foreign Minister Guido Westerwelle would request a private phone call to the office of Turkey's current Foreign Minister, on behalf of Chancellor Merkel. The call would be encrypted so as to ensure said privacy, as the Federal Minister would wait at the tone.

Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu, the incumbent foreign minister for The Republican Government, answers the phone after the Turkish side of the phone line has been scrambled and encrypted to ensure there is no possibility of it being intercepted from their end..

"Hello, what compels Germany to speak to us today?"

"I am afraid that the situation that I've called you for is most dire indeed. We have heard, from anonymous sources from your own country, that the Turkish military has fired upon civilians that were peacefully assembling in Istanbul. Was this instance called on by the Federal Government in belief that these civilians who were peacefully protesting were terrorists in line with Islamic Extremism?"

"Allow me to dispel all fears from your mind," Mevlüt replied confidently. "Shots were definitely fired, however they were not aimed at innocent civilians. The individuals who were shot at were traitors, terrorists and rebels. They were the adherents to a senile old man who thinks that if he asks nicely, we will give him what he wants. On the contrary, we have showed a firm, but fair, hand. If people wish to overthrow the government, then we'll protect the republic with every available means at our disposal. Would you not do the same if there were Germans baying for the dissolution of your own democratic institutions? Would you not happily show them that their actions will only lead to retaliation for their insolence?"

"Absolutely not! If Germany has learned anything over the past decade, it is that the German government will change hands, with or without our cooperation, on the demands of the People! You have a responsibility to your people, and to deem civilians peacefully protesting as terrorists and traitors, without even considering the fact that they were not even demonstrating through violent means, is a crime against human rights; we do recognize the sovereignty of the Turkish Republic, but we will not ever support a government that tyrannically suppresses freedom of speech, the press, or the right to peacefully assemble." Westerwelle would sigh in disdain for what he perceived as a Turkish official lying to his face.
"Until your republic stabilizes, Frau Merkel has asked me to tell you that we are temporarily evacuating all of our diplomatic missions to the Turkish State, and telling German citizens to return home. I expect full cooperation and a lack of impediment, both for German citizenry and for diplomatic personnel. I also suggest that you cease further attempts to silence the people when they are not even being violent, or further action may have to be taken. Do I have any statements or questions on the matter?"

"Yes, you can consider all of your embassy staff as personae non gratae, effective immediately!" The foreign minister stated acidly. "How dare you criticise the methods we have decided is in the best interests of preserving law and order, and dictate how we should react to rebellion! Your diplomatic personnel can have their cooperation to leave the country, in fact, we will do the packing for you. Consider yourself, and the rest of your citizens, unwelcome in Turkey, you clearly have no regard for our own right to self-determination, so you don't deserve to have our hospitality. In addition, we shall pack up our diplomatic establishments in your nation and leave. Before you ask, no, we do not need your help... We can manage just fine without Germany."

Minister Westerwelle was thankful that all conversations via phone call were recorded, but this was too good to be true. To Guido, the Turkish Minister had just confirmed that their government had no interest in the self–determination of their own people, and was more interested in establishing law and order as the President saw fit, rather than the people. He would clear his throat in response.

"I see...very well. We thank you for your cooperation, and will assist your own people with packing their things and in scheduling flights back to Turkey. However, we will still welcome Turkish citizens who are seeking asylum; we expect that you will respect the peoples' right to self-determine whether or not they believe their lives are threatened, and we also expect that, if you truly believe that these are terrorists, that you would bring up the matter with the Global Assembly or the ISAF, as we would and will bring up your deplorable treatment of peaceful protesters. I hope that the day finds you in better spirits than this call."

Westerwelle would immediately hang up, and send a private correspondence to the Chancellor's office with the recorded call attached.
